What’s The Perfect Message to be Engraved on your Gift!
Many of our customers at Plymouth Trophyman are concerned when it comes to engraving gift items, what to put on them, they are not sure what is the correct format.
Simply there isn’t one, a rule does apply and that is to keep it simple, we are not writing a note to someone we are marking a gift with a personal message and it will mean so much more to the person receiving it, who it is for, what it is for and a date, you may also like to say who it is from.

Often the day/month is left off retirement gifts as Dave may carry on working for an extra week or two and a date would be irrelevant.
Weddings and Christenings will always be marked with the day/month/year as those gifts are a reminder for anniversaries and are far less likely to be changed at the last minute.
Gifts to loved ones can have a small kiss x – glass items can be engraved copying children’s handwriting, a great idea for gifts to Mum, Dad or Grandparents.
At Plymouth Trophyman we will engrave any item you purchase and gift wrap for free as an added service
